On the occasion of International Quds Day Russian Muslims gathered in the Moscow Juma' Mosque to commemorate Quds Day and declare their solidarity with Palestinian people. A Quds Day seminar "Palestine, Peace and Solidarity" was organised by the Russian Muslim Religious Office (Mufti council), the Palestine Cultural Center in Moscow, and Iran's Cultural Attache in Moscow. The participants condemned the Zionist regimes crimes against Palestine and called for unity among Muslims in the world to settle the Quds problem.

Belgium
Local Belgians, Palestinians, Moroccans, Lebanese and Arabs from other countries held a gathering in front of the Brussels Stock exchange Friday afternoon to express solidarity with the suffering nation of Palestine.
"We have gathered here to show our support to the struggle of he Palestinian people today the last Friday of Ramadan which has been declared as the international day of Quds," one participant told IRNA The protestors condemned Israeli atrocities and called for the liberation of Palestine.
"Bush, Israel are assassins. Freedom to Palestine. Long live Palestine'' they shouted. Some also held flags of Hizbollah and chanted slogans in favour of Nasrollah , Hizbollah's leader in Lebanon.
Lebanon
Despite israeli threats of attack, the lebanese marked Al-Quds Day by boldly marching right up to the israeli border.

Germany
Hundreds of Muslims on Saturday 21st October marched peacefully through the streets of Berlin to mark the annual World Quds Day, condemning Israeli crimes in Palestine, IRNA reported.
Demonstrators -- among them Turks, Arabs, Germans, Iranians and Afghans -- were joined in the rally by Muslim religious leaders as well as a leading anti-Zionist Jewish Rabbi, Moishe Arye Friedmann.
Quds Day marchers expressed deep solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, while calling on Israel to withdraw from Jerusalem.
The crowd urged German Chancellor Angela Merkel to stop her die-hard support for the illegal Jewish state and cease German arms exports to Israel. Protestors called also for a 'boycott of Israeli goods'.
Addressing the people at the end of the rally, Rabbi Friedmann who heads the anti-Zionist orthodox Jewish community in Vienna, voiced 'solidarity with Muslims in their struggle against the Zionist regime'.
"Relying on the power of God, we reject Zionism and Israel. We condemn the policies of this (Israeli) government against Palestinians," Friedman said. "Zionists are trying to destroy the identity of the Jewish nation by transforming it into a nationalist movement," he added. Friedmann accused the Zionist regime of trying 'to wipe out the Palestinian nation'.
Pakistan
Thousands of people in many cities across Pakistan staged rallies to mark Quds Day on Friday, condemning the Zionist regime and the United States and demanding the Jewish state end its occupation of Muslim territories.
The biggest rally, held in the port city of Karachi, was organized by the Imamia Students Organization, a students group. Several thousand people protested in Islamabad, chanting slogans against America and the Zionist regime and burning US and Israeli flags.

Cuba
Havana, the Cuban capital held a large ceremony to demonstrate the unity of the Cubans with oppressed Palestinians. The ceremony was initiated in the Islamic Republic of Iran's embassy in Havana.
As well as ordinary Cubans, numerous Cuban academics as well as party and government officials including Cuba's deputy foreign minister for Middle East and North Africa affairs Marcus Rodriguez attended the ceremony.
Palestine's ambassador to Cuba and some Cuban Muslims leaders delivered speeches calling the late Imam Khomeini's initiative to designate International Quds Day on the last Friday of Ramadan as crucial for the region and Islamic world.
They studied the importance of the day from its religious, political, social and humanistic aspects. Lecturers also severely criticized the Zionist regime's aggressive nature and lashed out at the West's double standards on human rights.
Participants in International Quds Day program in Cuba condemned the aggression against Lebanon by Israeli forces and said the Zionist regime's policy is based on warmongering ambitions.
Iraq
Despite the callous targeting of religious processions by takfiri and baathist terrorists, Iraqis still come out in force in all the major cities on Al-Quds Day to show their support for Palestine.

Serbia
In Belgrade, a group of Muslims participated in Belgrade's only mosque to commemorate International Quds Day.
Friday prayers leader of the Belgrade Mosque Muhammad Youssef Spahic in his sermon talked about the importance of the Quds day in supporting the oppressed people of the Palestine.
Serbia currently has 600,000 Muslims, who mostly live in the southern part of the country.
Nigeria
Nigeria has a reputation of hosting some of the largest Al-Quds Day demonstrations in the world, on occassion exceeding 1 million people. OUR MISSION ON QUDS DAY
In the name of Allah the Beneficent the merciful.
Today being 25th of Ramadan is the last Friday of the holy month, and as designated by Imam Khomain of bless memory, is the International Quds Day in which we come out en masse commemorating the flight of Muslims in Palestine and the oppressed globally.
As we’ve been stating over the years, the importance of this day can not be over emphasized. It is a day set aside for reminding the world the significance of the holy Al-aqsa mosque in Jerusalem and it’s desecration perpetrated by the Zionists usurpers for decades, by staging peaceful marches, making speeches and distributing releases. We’re doing exactly the same as enjoined by our revered Leader Sheikh Ibraheem Yaqoub Zakzaky.
The importance of Al-aqsa mosque is a known fact to every muslim since the holy Qur’an made mention of it in Suratul Isra’i. Historical texts and the ahadith of the Prophet are full of numerous indications that it is the first alqibla of the muslims and other virtues associated with the holy mosque. It is not an overstatement to say that Al-aqsa mosque and its city – Jerusalem is a central pivot to Islam that Allah (T) has chosen himself just like the holy Ka’aba and Mecca are.
But wait, in what condition is the holy Al-aqsa mosque now? A fair answer to this question is discernable to any ardent follower of current affairs. It is a known fact that the holy mosque and its environs are under the clutches of the Zionist of Israel. Since the day they usurped this Palestinian land, peace has become elusive. Massacre, demolishing, target bombings, assassinations and imprisonments by the Zionists are the order of the day. When will these brutal activities unleashed on defenseless Muslims come to an end?
Of recent the Zionist have opened another frontier in their terror war against Islam and Muslims the world over. Their armies have occupied Iraq and Afghanistan in the name of the Great Satan, America. They are now busy intimidating other Muslim countries such as Syria, Lebanon, Iran and even Saudi Arabia. They are perpetrating their heinous act in the disguise of ‘war on terror,’ while it is a known fact that all the terror acts being displayed flagrantly in Iraq daily, America is to be held responsible directly. We’re not oblivious of the prisoner abuse in Abu Ghraib and Camp X-ray in Guantanamo by the occupation forces. The brutality exhibited by America and its allies in the ‘war on terror’ is too numerous for mention here.
How much longer will the Muslims stand by and witness these atrocities going on? Oh Muslims and deprived of the world, rise up in unity and take your destiny in your hands. Lets start from where we live. We should sanction their economy, and puppets in our countries. We should deny them any breathing space until we free our nations of their perfidy. It should ever remain in our minds that we can free Quds only when we free our nation of its corrupt elements.
We call on all muslims to wake up from their deep slumber and do what is incumbent upon them - With faith in God the Exalted and relying on the power of Islam and the power of faith, they should rise up and foreshorten the hands of the criminals from their lands. They should give top priority to the liberation of Palestine and honourable Quds and remove the humiliation of Zionist control, control by the American vassal, from their lands.
O Allah we beseech you to help the oppressed and annihilate the oppressors, Turn the Islamic vision of our Leader, Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky a reality. And hasten the appearance of Imam Mahdi (AS).

In Paris,Muslims after Friday prayers, gathered in front of the Paris Grand Mosque and commemorated the International Quds Day.
They were carrying pictures of the late Imam Khomeini, Seyyed Hassan Nasrollah, late Sheikh Ahmad Yasin and also the Palestinian flag and shouted slogans; Down with the USA, Down with Israel.
They shouted, " Quds day is the Islam day," and expressed their solidarity with oppressed Palestinian people.
Palestine
Palestine has always seen huge demonstrations on Al-Quds Day, this year was no exception. Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade organised rallies in Gaza and the West Bank.

In Turkmenistan the Quds Day rally had to be held in the compound of the Iranian embassy in Ashkhabad. Large crowds of Turkmen and Iranians gathered in the compound Iran's embassy compound to commemorate the Quds Day. Iran's ambassador to Turkmenistan addressed the crowd.
Canada
On the occasion of Al-Quds Day, a demonstration was held at Queens Park and a seminar organised to help educate the people on the injustice occurring in Palestine.

China
Also in China the Quds Day rally was held in the Iranian Embassy compound in Beijing. The head of the China Islamic Association, Sheikh Helaloddin, addressed the crowd. He said this day and the cause of Palestine would not be forgotten.
Egypt
On Al-Quds Day the Muslim Brotherhood held a rally after Jumah prayer at Al-Azhar mosque, in Cairo, to show their support for the Palestinian struggle and in particular the Hamas government. Thousands of worshipers attended the rally.

In Pretoria, thousands of muslims in the port city of Cape Town marched in the streets on Quds Day. Protestors gathered in front of parliament building and read a resolution in condemnation of the Zionist regime's crimes and its supporter the US.
